These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jeta7 platform and all its related services ("Services"). These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and jeta7.

By accessing the platform through the jeta7 website, mobile site, or any other channel, or by registering an account, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

jeta7 is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods at jeta7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Using the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit is mandatory.
• Depositing from another person's account is prohibited — deposits must come from a method registered in your own name.
• jeta7 reserves the right to verify any deposit.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until all bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

Welcome Bonus

New members at jeta7 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20x on the bonus amount only.

• Bonuses have a limited validity period — if not used within the specified time from the offer start date, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Playing games outside the specified eligible games while using a bonus may mean those bets do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the offer terms state otherwise.
• jeta7 reserves the right to cancel any account in the event of bonus fraud.

General Gaming Terms

All games on jeta7 are operated fairly and transparently. SSL encryption and fair play are ensured on our platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Exploiting any system errors or vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players.
• Playing using a false identity.
• Using multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits.

jeta7 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and to suspend or cancel accounts where necessary.

Game Results & Disputes

All game results are determined by a server-side random number generator (RNG) and are final. If a technical error causes an abnormal game result, jeta7 reserves the right to cancel that round and return the staked amount. For any game-related complaints, please contact the support team.

The jeta7 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

VIP benefits are earned individually and are non-transferable. All VIP benefits will be forfeited if an account is cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Your personal information is protected by SSL encryption.
• Your information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law.

jeta7 accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Unauthorized third-party access to your account (if caused by your own negligence).
• The outcome of any decision made in reliance on information available on the platform.
• Delays or disruptions to the service caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Account Closure by the User

You may contact the support team at any time to request account closure. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn and all wagering requirements must be met before the account is closed.

jeta7 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Providing false information.
• Evidence that the account holder is a minor.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

Any legitimate balance may be returned after verification, but will be forfeited in cases of fraud.

For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify account holders by email or through the platform. However, continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms.
